This document sets the rules for submitting your game for review by Wargaming Labs (below referred to as "Wargaming Labs", "we", "our", and "us"). By submitting your game for review through the online form here, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
It is important that your game meets the following criteria:
·State of development: Alpha/beta/release candidate stage.
·Platforms: Windows, Mac, Xbox One and/or PS4.
·Innovation: Some unique idea, setting, or game mechanic. State clearly what makes your game stand out from the crowd.
Please, note that when submitting a game to us you should also:
·Complete and return the Game Document, including the attachments specified, found here.
·Sign and return to us a scanned copy of the MNDA. Use this one if you have incorporated a company for your studio or this one if you have not incorporated a company and do all your work as an individual.
·We prefer English but if you need help with a local language version of these documents, please let us know.
What could we offer to selected games?
·Potential financing of the finalization or the adaptation of the game plus a royalty structure.
·Recommendations on the finalization of the game.
·World-class marketing, promotion, media, and community support.
·Operational, financial, and billing pipeline support to sell your game around the world.
·Quality assurance and customer support.
·Up-to-date analytical platform, user behavior research, game KPI, and product integration tools.
·Localization support for all principal territories.
Please, note that a decision to publish a game involves different stages depending, among others, on the state of development of the game, funding requirements, publishing integration, and legal review. After you submit your project, we will aim to provide initial feedback and an evaluation decision within 15 working days.
Please, note that at this stage we do not make any legally binding commitments or offers regarding the games submitted. All details will be discussed separately with you. Wargaming Labs does not make any warranties, representations or undertakings except for those expressly stated in this document.
Your game is protected by copyright and any commercial use of it is subject to your express permission. By making a submission you acknowledge and agree that there is no obligation of confidence beyond that provided for in our written confidentiality agreement and that as such we may share your information with our employees, affiliates or carefully selected partners as reasonably required for the Wargaming Labs Publishing Program.
Your game and related content is subject to your copyright and we won’t use it without your permission except for the purposes of our review. Any game and related content you upload must not infringe the rights of any third party. It is very important that the game and related content you submit was created by you and/or you have secured all licenses and other legal formalities needed for it. It is essential that you lawfully licensed the engine and the middleware that you use in your game. If you do not comply with these requirements or you are unsure, this should be disclosed by you when submitting your game and related content. If Wargaming Labs or any company of Wargaming group receive any claims or get sued because your game and related content infringe the rights of others, you will have to compensate us for all damages we may suffer as a result of such legal claims.
We hope that we will never have any disagreements with you, but should this happen any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this document shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Cyprus Eurasia Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Center ("CEDRAC") Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus and the laws of Cyprus shall apply.
In this document Wargaming Labs means Wargaming Group Limited, 105, Agion Omologiton Avenue, Nicosia 1080, Cyprus.
